Summary

£10.90 up to £13.40 per hour. Full time hours are between 35 - 40 hours + £1,500 new starter loyalty bonus, join us before 30 th September 2022 to be eligible (Terms and conditions apply) Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract until October 2024.

Our warehouses never stop running; 24 hours a day, our Warehouse Operatives work a range of shifts to make sure our stores receive the right stock, when they need it. We rely on every single employee in the warehouse to roll up their sleeves and get the job done - it''s your energy that helps get our 2,000 plus products into the hands of our customers.

Whilst you are training, your rota will be 4 days on, 4 days off. The training will be in Peterborough region for 8 weeks. After your training, you will go back to Lutterworth warehouse. Please note all travel time will be paid for and a coach will be available to drop you to and from the locations required. This is a Fixed Term contract until Oct 2024

What you''ll do

Pick a variety of products
Listen carefully to picking instructions through your headset and carry them out at pace
Make sure your deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure
Report any damaged items to your manager
Take responsibility for working through your orders independently
Help out in any team tasks, such as cleaning equipment and checking stock

What you''ll need

Some experience of working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
Willingness to work with all different types of stock, in temperature-controlled areas
Good attention to detail when working quickly
Self-motivation to work hard and do everything to the best of your ability

Max. rate includes £2 extra per hour for hours worked between 00.00 - 05.00.

You will be training in the Peterborough or Wednesbury region for the first approximately 4 weeks on a 4 day on 4 day off rota. Please note all travel will be paid for and a coach will be available to drop you to and from the locations required. This is a Fixed Term contract until October 2024
