As a flexible Junior UX Designer, you will work alongside designers, software developers, product owners and UX researchers to design digital experiences that are supported by thorough research and data. You will work on various exciting projects for different clients to help enhance the user experience for their staff and customers.

In your first few weeks in this Junior UX Designer role, you can expect to:

Design and deliver wireframes and high-fidelity designs for websites and web-based product items
Work closely with user researchers to collect the information required to support your decision-making on designs
Design user interfaces and experience using design frameworks such as Material Design or similar
Apply design principles and methodologies, such as atomic design
Conduct UX workshops with internal and external stakeholders

To apply for this job, you will preferably have at least one year of experience in a UX design-related role. You will also require visual design and interaction design skills and the ability to use Sketch or UXPin Merge. In addition, you should have a passion for human-centred design, a willingness to learn and the ability to take the initiative and inspire collaboration on projects. UXPin app experience and expertise in Flexbox and Grids (CSS) are also desirable.
