Quality Manager

Quality Manager required. Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer of electro-mechanical products based in the Woking area. They are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join the team and take responsability for the Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental matters within the business.

Quality Manager Position Overview

Line management, leadership and development of the quality team
Working to maintain the quality, health and safety and environmental certifications
Overseeing the recruitment and training of new staff within the quality department
Managing and striving to continuously improve the QMS system and environmental and health & safety system
Managing the budget within the quality department
Ensure stakeholder expectations within quality assurance are exceeded
Carrying out strategic planning within quality assurance
Ensuring compliance to regulations within health and safety and environmental matters

Quality Manager Position Requirements

5+ years of experience within a Quality Management or SHEQ Management role
Experience working to ISO9001 & 14001 standards
Experience with Environmental and Health and Safety Management
Experience of Lean or Six Sigma strategies
Based in a commutable distance of Woking

Quality Manager Position Remuneration

Salary £55,000 - £65,000 - depending on experience
Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent position.
25 Days Holiday, plus bank holidays
