Job Description

Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: Guildford

Basic salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Benefits

Type: Permanent with 2 days hybrid

A market leader in construction with offices across the UK are recruiting a Quality Manager. The role is responsible for the Quality Management function of set contracts. You''ll have the ability to understand and align service delivery processes and procedures with client requirements as well as developing and maintaining the divisions Quality plan.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing existing processes and devising new ones taking on board opportunities for improvement
Managing Quality management audits and leading on external and internal audits including EFQM assessments
Maintaining the required level of accreditation for the division including NHSS and BSI standards
With given autonomy, devise and implement change to optimise improvements
Custodian for the division''s Quality Management system
Keep management updated on Quality standard changes up to and including Director level

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role
Experience developing and implementing quality processes and systems to meet ISO and BSI standards
Experience developing and implementing Audit programmes
Ability too liaise with stakeholders on quality and performance issues
A background within the Construction environment would be advantageous
Be hands on, vibrant and lively with an energetic work attitude
