Job Title: Motor Vehicle Technician

Salary: £28-41k OTE plus bonus

Location: Godalming, Surrey

We are a specialist used car dealer and car servicing garage based in beautiful Surrey. Predominantly VW AUDI SEAT SKODA BMW and MINI we offer first class customer service at all times.

We are now looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician with diagnostic abilities to join the team. In addition to this, we have a senior role available for the right candidate (experience dependant).

Job Role:

Working in The Company''s busy town centre garage, we are looking for 2 experienced motor vehicle technicians to join the team as the main diagnostic technician. If you feel you have the technical know-how and the desire to learn more, but maybe feel you''re not in an environment that appreciates you then this would be the perfect move.

There are two positions available:

• Motor Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic
• Senior Motor Vehicle Technician / Senior Vehicle Mechanic

About the role

Being an independent, the company work on many vehicles but their main focus is on the German brands so previous knowledge would be an advantage but not essential. You must be confident to carry out such servicing as cambelt replacement as well as suspension component work and engine / gearbox removal.

About you:

You will be a problem solver who pays a lot of attention to detail. Open to enhance skills and knowledge and continuous improvements. You are also health and safety conscious with an ability to work as part of the team and on your own initiative is vital.
