Working in a team you will be responsible for a customer group, alongside a technical team you will ensure customers have issues resolved and scheduled works are completedYou will be dealing with low volume calls but high volume emails and juggling multiple cases at once. What you''ll need to succeed

• Enjoy a fast paced, ever changing environment
• Comfortable dealing with high volumes of emails
• Experience providing customer service in housing, facilities, maintenance or house building
• Experience working with technical teams
• Computer literate
