Customer Care Coordinator- Mixed Use Developer- Ash Vale
Up to £150 per day
We are currently looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to provide first line response to residents on a newly built luxury housing development.
The business has built up a great reputation for delivering high quality developments across the UK. This has been coupled with a commitment to ensuring that customers receive the best possible levels of customer service when purchasing a new property and beyond. In order to ensure that this is maintained, they are looking to add an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to their existing team.
Being a high-end brand, the quality of care is crucial. Candidates should have a demonstrable desire to deliver outstanding levels of customer service as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. This is a fast-paced role and would suit someone who is organised and has a clear approach to problem solving. Experience working in a telephone-based Customer Service role is essential.
Applicants with residential development, social housing and property management experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and making calls to new homeowners and escalating queries
- Resolving issues and coordinating relevant internal parties and external contractors
- Ensure that remedial works are carried out in a timely fashion and to agreed quality levels
- Following-up and logging each step of the process until a resolution is reached
- Maintaining customer records and reporting issues to the design and commercial teams so that they can be avoided in future projects
We are looking to fill a 6-month temporary position with the opportunity of moving onto a permanent contract. There is excellent opportunity for career progression with the potential to be promoted to a Customer Care Manager.
