Customer Service Advisor

This is a temporary position for a customer service advisor to be part of a customer services team working collaboratively with other members of the team and across other departments. A varied role which requires attention to detail as you will regularly have multiple tasks ongoing at once.

Description

The customer service advisor position based in Guildford will have the following responsibilities:

Prompt and friendly response to customer queries
Dealing with delivery queries and POD''s
Emailing VAT invoices
Checking the EDI report during the day to ensure ordrs aren''t ''missed''
Processing orders (Amazon, ebay and Shopify)
Reviewing customer orders
Organising customer refunds
Checking the outstanding Order List on a daily basis
Liaising with the warehouse and the accounts team
Processing GRN''s (Goods Return Notes)
Checking the credit card hand-held terminals weekly
Posting purchase invoices
Each day updating the end of day dispatches
Any other customer services duties which may be requiredProfile
