CRM Manager opportunity - Hybrid Working - only 2 office days per week!

We are currently supporting a health and nutrition business to help them find a new CRM Manager for their team. The company based in Reading are looking for a passionate and driven CRM professional to join their new-look team. They have grown the digital and marketing team from 4 to 8 in the last 12 months.

The expansion and success is due to them operating in a really popular space currently. The business is focussed on nutrition and gut health. They are a constantly looking at new ways to develop positive nutrition with a team of NPD professionals and industry leading scientists.

This CRM Manager role will be perfect for an individual who loves diving into the data, obsessing over new ways to test and learn, with a passion for customer loyalty and driving increased performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborate - Strategy - Set the strategy for the B2C Growth and Retention programmes, owning the segmentation, CRM campaign plan, and individual campaign strategy, increasing sign up, improving conversion, improving retention, and nurturing through to loyalty.
Automation - Develop and lead the email automation strategy
Campaign Management - Own the CRM communications plan across all key channels (organic and paid), working alongside the Marketing and B2C teams, to ensure the best campaigns and automated programmes are in place to drive engagement and incremental revenue.
Testing & Optimisation Roadmap - Build and plan effective ''test, learn and optimise'' strategies across multiple channels to gain more insight, driving improved LTV performance.
Developing & implementing new e-mail partnership opportunities with like-minded brands aligned with the brand ethos to drive further brand/customer growth and customer loyalty
Creating and implementing a plan for Gifting and treating existing customers to encourage long term loyalty and improving CLTV
Customer loyalty and growth: Best practise sharing and implementation & alignment with other Ingenuity/THG brands to further encourage brand growth and developmentThe Candidate:

CRM experience across optimisation, strategy and implementation, with advanced knowledge of email marketing.
Experience working on a DTC/ Subscription business (Ideally, not essential)
In-platform expertise with relevant CRM/data platforms and attribution tools e.g., Klaviyo, Emarsys, Google Analytics, Active Campaign, Shopify, or similar.
Creativity, enthusiasm and a genuine love for CRM, data
