The BusinessA start-up fashion accessory brand launched in 2016 specialising in a range of handbags made in Italy and personalised in the UK. The company distribute their handbags through ecommerce channels and 7 concessions in the UK.

The JobYou will join this exciting and growing fashion start-up as a Content Creator responsible for telling the brand story through images and video on Facebook, Insta and TikTok.

With a clear social media marketing strategy in place this is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to start their marketing career with a growing company and a clear career progression path.

This is a creative role within a start-up environment where all team members help and support each other.

Responsibilities: • Content creation for all social media platforms for the brand i.e. Facebook, Insta and TikTok• Help with daily community management of all platforms and weekly reporting of all social media accounts including Instagram stories, reels, Instagram live and permanent posts• Create content both proactively and reactively• Driving content creation needed to support the growing brand (this is a creative role that feeds into the overall marketing strategy)• Attend key shoots and events to capture content and ensure that they are posted in a timely manner• Working with the Marketing team, pull together inventive and innovative social media content and new ways to interact with our customers• Influencer gifting, reaching out to new and upcoming talent and building relationships as well as managing reach• Sourcing models for campaigns• Use company CRM system to manage email marketing campaigns - training provided

This role is fully office based unless on location for shoots or attending events. Over time some remote work is possible but would need to be after probation and pre-agreed.

Candidate Requirements• Hungry, passionate and driven, someone to drive social media marketing with exciting new ideas and trends so you must be a go getter! • Excellent video editing skills• Interest in the fashion sector • Interest in Product or Fashion Photography• Organised and efficient with work and able to prioritise accordingly• Proficient in all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and other newer platforms such as TikTok & Snapchat• Creative and passionate about all thing s social media
