Do you want to work for an innovative and tech-driven retail group?
We are currently supporting one of the leading names within international retail to help them find a new Service Delivery Analyst for the e-commerce team.
As the Service Delivery Analyst you will be supporting the development and roll out of the new e-commerce platform.
This e-commerce is brand new for the UK and you will take charge over this roll out. It is a bespoke company that is already used internationally by this leading retail name.
You will also the first one in as the company look to move away from contract staff and in to permanent members of the team.
What will you be doing? The Service Delivery Analyst will be:
Completing technical administration and maintenance of the back-end, front-end and product maintenance making sure the platform is operating well across all business functions including on-site experience, order fulfilment, payment processing and digital marketing.
Conducting the operation cutover to the new e-Commerce platform and preparing the business units for change.
Keeping abreast of all upcoming software updates, launches. Leading implementation of mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all delivery activities.
Creating, implementation and maintenance of a continuous improvement plan for deliveries and services.
Collaborating with user experience specialists, digital designers, copywriters, merchandisers - and many more - to shape new experiences and improve existing ones.
Escalating problems and errors to 3rd line support or external partners and act as a problem owner to deliver resolution.
Key Experience:
2+ years working in a retail digital/ ecommerce team
2+ years ideally in a technical or analytical role
Understanding of technologies such as HTML, AWS and microservices
Excellent knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Miro, Jira and Confluence.
Excellent knowledge of digital tools such as CRM, CMS, Analytics and Optimisation tools.
Great communication skills/ team player/ tech enthusiast
