You will be responsible for providing advisory support to customers for a leading retailer based in Erdington, Birmingham.

Description
The responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor include:
To ensure any additional ad hoc duties which may be required of the CS team are completed e.g. Data Inputting, Outbound calling.
Ad hoc duties as and when required.
Uphold Data Protection.
Answer Inbound Calls
Placing customer orders over the telephone
Respond to Customer emails on Roman email facility, Amazon & Ebay within company KPIs
To assist in handling customer complaints within expected SLAs
To ensure correct information is given to customers and stores at all times regarding orders, queries and complaints.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor will include the below:
Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word
Able to multi task and work in a fast-paced and high volume environment and have the ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience within a similar role
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team and by themselves Job Offer
