Our client is a well-respected distributor of building materials into the construction sector. They are recruiting a Branch Manager to oversee the operations of an important, well performing site.

• Branch Management
• Building Materials / Builders Merchant / Timber
• Strong commercial acumen
• Natural leader and man manager
• Motivation of others
• Working knowledge of the Construction Supplies / Building Materials / Builders Merchants / Timber sector would be preferred.
• P&L, stock and service accountability
• Ability to trade in terms of sales and procurement
• Strategic planning / management

This role requires a special someone - a robust Branch Manager from the world of the builders merchants, insulation distribution, timber merchants or specialist distributors of building materials / construction supplies within the Construction sector. Or an Assistant Branch Manager looking to make that step up.

With the experience in Branch Management successfully running a site along with a dynamism and drive to always maximise potential. The right person needs the right blend of sales drive with operational skills and experience
