Planning Enforcement Officer
Rate: £40 PH (PAYE) £50.35 PH (UMBRELLA)
Contract: 4 months
Location: Hybrid - Redditch
Hours: 37
Start date: ASAP
Looking for a temporary Planning Enforcement Officer to investigate alleged breaches of planning control and to provide site reports after careful investigation and evidence gathering.
One day a week in Bromsgrove, Redditch district to conduct visits.
Carry out enforcement activities in relation to all relevant provisions of regulatory legislation.
Provide advice and education for consumers and businesses within Worcestershire on relevant regulatory legislation and associated civil law.
