Job Description

Hours of work: 8:00am - 5:00pm, 1 hour for lunch

We have partnered with a client, based in Erdington, who are is proud of the fact that they still remain privately owned looking and that they work with some well-known high profile companies.

The Administration Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Senior Administrator.
Your duties will involve collecting data from the shop floor so you will need to be confident in terms of liaising with your shop floor colleagues.
Working on Excel spreadsheets, so working knowledge of Excel is essential.
Inputting data onto their in-house CRM system.
Dealing with incoming calls and responding to emails.
The ideal candidate will need previous Administration experience with a confident telephone manner and experience of using Excel.
